Ugh I like the Kamichou more, Shiomi would've been nicer. I mean, this works as well but I just love a Yakuza x Yakuza story. And Shiomi seemed like he cares for uke, and when he asked he he ranna background check on seme and why he cared about Ike's love life, Shiomi said 'you have no idea', makes me think he has unrequited feelings for uke. Since he's the Kamichou and uke is wakagashira, they can't really be in an official relationship but he definitely like uke. Ah I'd have loved that thrilling lovestory.
