I completely agree with you, it took all the fun out of the first two chapters and I was super confused about it too (I thought chapter 3-5 was about them, hence my confusion) I actually own the physical copy of the manga but I wil never read it again. It was absolutely insane and came out of the blue, like wth..
So I found the whole manga but unfortunately the rest is not as funny as the first two chapters with these characters. The other couples of the manga are incredibly dark.
Ch.3 is about half brothers, with the younger one falling in love with the older one. It's an incestous ending.
Ch.4,5 is about a student who was sexually assaulted by his father and a teacher who was controlled by his mother all his life. The teacher's initial intentions were pure but it soon turns violent and he also assaults the recluse boy. But then the boy turns violent as well and he takes revenge by assaulting the teacher. It has a happy ending (?) as well since they end up together, but it's just incredibly dark in comparison to how the manga initially started.
Ch.6 is fun tho, since it's an extra with the first couple mainly
