I'm dropping this. They make the lil sis a poor little kid who's been abandoned which is crazy. It's even more crazy when u have little kids in the manga who doesn't have the resources she has (her sis wallet) and struggle to feed themselves because of YOU. What she did doesn't deserve capital punishment but acting like she's a victim in this story is fucking crazy. While she's young I don't think it's fair to force children to work without paying them especially when they're orphans + steal from your sister on the regular. And of course no apologies at the end. It's everyone's fault but her own. It's the church fault for embezzling the donation (she didn't participate at all so it's fine). It's the villager's fault for calling her a saint (even though she went along with it), it's her sis fault for being able to see her parents but not her.
Just tears and explaining how you're jealous of your sister because she can see your parents ( which is a valid feeling but it doesn't excuse her actions who brought harm to other people, your sis got nearly sold as a slave FFS !!! For what ??? Because you wanted ugly ass ribbons !!!). If she didn't do all that shit before I would have sympathised more with her but she's way too selfish and self absorbed for me. She doesn't care about anyone but herself. She doesn't think about the consequences and only want attention on her. Which again is deserving of execution.
Is it too much to ask for a healthy sister relationship goddamn. It could have been way better without all that shit !
