Please, please, please... Let the ML be the one who falls first. Or at least if he doesn't fall first there is some kinda groveling type of arc, and he falls way harder. But in this I would like the best option, ML falls first and hard. Either way, MC slowly accepts it. (And hopefully doesn't fall first.)
