Let me clarify the names.
Dosik: MC
Heesoo: Original owner of the body.
JeeHan: Heesoo's husband, heir to the company, and the main and winning ML.
TaeHan: Heesoo's brother-in-law.
Dosik and his twin were born to a beta (the drunk at the funeral) and an omega. They were abandoned in two different orphanages. The day before Dosik and Heesoo's accident in the water, the twin had already died in the street from the cold.
The twins and Heesoo are half-brothers of the same omega, a wretch who only uses him. His now-deceased stepfather sold him, and his two half-brothers—one abused him and the other used his identity—so Heesoo suffered from chronic depression. However, Heesoo didn't jump into the water to die, but to test Dosik.
Taehan: He's always been in love with Heesoo since college and is completely obsessed with him, even though Heesoo didn't love him back. When Heesoo marries his brother, he introduces him to a lover as revenge and to manipulate him into getting a divorce. Jeehan knew that Heesoo was sleeping with this lover and his brother, but he didn't care because he wanted proof for a divorce.
Taehan is so obsessed that he tries to kill his father three times to protect Heesoo. And if it weren't for the fact that they truly love each other like brothers, the two MLs would have killed each other by now, or at least they tried. Jeehan was the one who killed Heesoo's stepfather and his lover, partly because it was in his best interest and partly to do Heesoo a favor, since one betrayed him and the other blackmailed him. He also kills Dosik's former boss for trying to blackmail him.
Btw, Heesoo was the first to file for divorce because he's afraid of Jeehan. For the MC, Dosik, Jeehan is his first love, as they met at the orphanage when Jeehan was helping his father with donations. Jeehan quickly realizes that Dosik is in Haesoo's body and that he was the boy from the orphanage. Incidentally, Jeehan always knows everything: the times Dosik sleeps with Taehan, Taehan's assassination attempts, Heesoo and Dosik's past—he always knows absolutely everything. The only thing he didn't want to believe was that he was the father of the twins in Dosik's womb.
As for Dosik, he falls more in love with Jeehan, although he liked the way Taehan treated him. But all he cares about is money, alcohol, and sex, like any good delinquent, which makes the rivalry between the brothers quite curious.

To be honest, the mother-in-law is the biggest victim in the story. Both brothers are murderers, and neither is better than the other, but the less obsessive one wins. It was the MLs who killed Heesoo's lover and father, and they almost did the same to theirs. The protagonist is shamelessly promiscuous; he confesses to both of them several times that if it were up to him, they'd have a polyamorous relationship. He tells his mother-in-law that they had a threesome, gives the secretary the details, and tells the doctor that he has no idea who the twins' father is. If they have twins, both belong to the older brother, although the protagonist initially wanted one from each parent.
