No the og doesn’t come back and Alberto ending up loving the isekai version on Cassius but it’s not without reason. A bit rushed but the reason why he falls out of love with the og Cassius and in love with the isekai version is a pretty solid reason nonetheless. Though it does have unnecessary SA around the mid late chapters for warning. But a happy ending for the isekai and Alberto.

I guess this ones not for me.
can someone please tell me if the original cassius come back or does the mc fall in love with the isekai dude (inho) dont want to engage in this story if the mc just falls out of love with cassius and ends up falling for inho for some reason.
