If you're talking about the user generated tags that typically shows on the side of a stories listing "Top tags", then when you go to click on "Want to read", "Now reading", "Already read" there should be an option that says "Add tag: (use enter to separate tags)" when it brings up the "Add this manga to my space:" window.
When you press reading, look for the "add tag" And type ur tag there and that's it.
Yes, that's why I said I did try follow the instructions of adding tag, like writing my own tag in that box (aside from picking/adding tag from the top tags) but when I press enter my tag is not created
oh how odd, I'm not sure how to help then. It could be a visual error or something else (the site has been a bit buggy since the crash). maybe try logging in on a different browser and see if it works that way, other then that maybe email an admin to see if it's a server site issue or if it's an individual account issue.
