I saw a comment on Mangadex that explains the story: The sigil at the very end is the sigil of Belial, which implies that Andy and the other talking animals are demons. That's why Andy tells the MC that "this land is devoid of gods". This also explains why both the grasshopper and the toad tell MC to break the foot of the animal sacrifice, as in biblical tradition the animal must be uninjured.
