Help, can't remember the name.

So, now that I have to find all my manga that I had for my reading list I seem to forgotten pretty much all of them, but there is one that I remember, just not the name. So can someone please help?

It's about a dragon that comes down to earth and falls in love with Brain, builds a town with him and waits for Brain to be reborn again as Ian.
