The mc suffered too much like he go through hell and I'm sure he is going to suffer more even after the ending ( childbirth, bending his cracked soul ......)
And every single character had a contribution to his suffering like ml ok he was a kind of a victim too but he not one time snapped at him and made him miserable they make it like he don't mean what he says iby his inner dialogue but that doesn't change anything

well in my pov, the comments are all like "aww theyre so sweet" and such (understandable, they ARE cute). but when you jump into the story, its a rollercoaster :D
my assumption is, the op expected it to be a cuter/ lighter story with mpreg, but its actually not that light of a read. well thats just my assumption because thats what i went through last night lol.

spoiler! (im sorry i dont know how to use the spoiler tag) So the "father" of the MC is very... evil. he thinks of MC as a disposable livestock and used MC as a curse to kill ML. Why? because ML is the next in line to be king, and the father and his peers wants power n shit. Because of the curse, well, they (MC and ML) got their suffering ╮(￣▽￣)╭
oh also, a lot of people were not nice to our MC.
