he made the shipment come under his own name before the contracts could be finalised while his clients were on the waiting list thus guaranteeing the cars come on time for his clients to still get the cars they ordered with the sales prices and the company not having to foot the bill for the out of sale shipping costs.
When he says clients can be fickle, it's basically an excuse to cover up the knowledge that his colleague would release those fake contracts to begin with.
So now that they got released from the fake contracts, even though it's so last minute, by mister petty from the other team, he could now use his clients deposit to cover his initial own investment he used to get the cars shipped.
So now clients get car on time, the company get's 6 sales just perfectly to close the year and no loses on either side

can someone who knows car sales explain what happened on ch 90? about the fake contract and how MC assisted the branch manager to avoid the problems? i don't know how this kind of sales work haha
