agree with u a thousand percent!! unfortunately i have a feeling suah will get a “redemption” arc (can he even really be redeemed at this point??? dude is actually a diagnosed psychopath atp) and end up being endgame instead of an actual decent human-being coming in as the main love interest. that, or they’ll introduce someone decent, and then sideline tf out of them :(
like love this genre too but it’s getting a little too scary for me honestly, and that’s saying a lot with my track record…
It's always be like that in omegaverse so i'm kinda desensitize at this point (still irks me lmao). I just really wish suah's redemption arc is full on redemption arc, not some justification bullshit stuff about trauma and such. I hate it when author use traumatic past to justify and minimize the action, as if that struggle makes up for what they did.
Tbh the top is very scary and obsess (love this type of genre tho). But if i were to be on the bottom's shoe, the genre is gon be psycological horror. The story seems light because of the art style specially the chibis but tbh it's not. The way the top always stalks and scenting him without consent is very creepy vibes, we just like to somehow see pass that cus the top looks wholesome and is handsome (halo effect). The bottom is pretty annoying also but c'mon, he is literally a victim. All his life his been rejecting the fact that he's is an omega (tbh in omegaverse being an omega is really scary), he is scared and angry, so putting up a brave and aggressive attitude is all he can do. BOTH NEEDS TO GO TO THERAPHY!!! SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP BITCHES.
