People are just too used to seeing main characters look like children that when the artist tries to delve into making them look their age everyone gets their panties in a bunch :/
Yall are just not used to cute styles and are too used to macho generic hot guy styles with sharp jawlines and dorito bodies lmao. It’s a cute style that has smaller faces, it isn’t portrayed as child like. That’s a bad mindset you don’t realize you project.
The reason why most don’t like the art change is because it’s obvious the artist is experimenting with their art at the end. Their art is in the awkward phase of changing, especially if you compare the art of the end of this story and their new story. The jawlines look very awkward and the art looks significantly simplified. Heck the ML’s face looks way worse than before.
i’m surprised at how many people dislike the art change. i really like cause they looked too childlike in the beginning to me. i like art change.
