My opinion is that, mc killed his father and then ml saved him and his brain altered the memory in order to protect his sanity so he blames ml. When he finds the truth he will be shocked and really regret how he treated ml in the past, he will probably tell him the plans he made with that girl and the ml's response will probably depend. Either he'll be really mad and lock up mc, or forgive mc and mc will ruin the plan that girl made, because tbh mc isn't sane either. This is just my opinion and the most likely scenario to happen from my experience with bl.
