Mmm I get you tho I wonder since they have the money to throw around on treatments which the common person can’t afford they don’t care much? I misclicked the downvote, I'm so sorry . I agree, though, with all the yaoi I've read, they don't really care about those diseases. Maybe it's because most are written by women? No discrimination here, of course, but I've never seen a case where the bottom is at risk for HIV, hepatitis, and such. Male authors don't really do those either, anyway. But since it's just fiction, we probably shouldn't think too much about those.
