I guess it’s funny to see how most comments side with the teacher. The way I see it, Guwon’s point of view, if not incorrect, is kind of brutal. But if you actually understand that they are in a post-apocalyptic world with zombies and who knows what else out there, you can’t go around saving everyone.. especially when you don’t know who you’re saving. The idea of saving only the “useful,” for example, a doctor or the teacher himself, is actually more practical and reasonable.

Only bringing back useful people is practical and reasonable. Killing those who are already out there for no reason isn’t.

There is a reason, not sympathetic one but I think it's Less mouths to feed and less people know of that place. Plus morals fly out the window in apocalypse. Sometimes pyschos survive and embrace the chaos too well

We actually don't know if Guwon killed his dad, in the first chap the dad was already dead by the time Guwon arrived also no even the teacher is 100%, he believes is that way do to the thing that happen with the guy that got killed and what doc and shady lady told him.
In his believes Guwon is a psycho monster (prob true) so anyone linked to him can get killed or Guwon will kill it

I know but going based off the mc pov, it’s 100% understandable why he wouldn’t see his actions as practical. No one with empathy would.

Less mouths to feed? Remember, the scene we see is them OUTSIDE of the camp. If he was truly worried about mouths, he would leave the dad there to fend for himself. Not outright kill him. This is because the ML has some serious messed up backstory we have yet to see.

Reminds me of negan (if you know my reference). Yes people can see his inner sanction politics as practical but fail to mention the out of pocket things he did

Fosho, I feel like ML is like an experiment gone wrong and was abuse. So violence is "normal" that's my theory based on other apocalypse BL theme stories

Aggred and another point. The ML is not Negan. The ML seriously didn't even know he had a whole body part before teacher actually told him (his peepee). He didn't have a childhood (to be seen) and he doesn't even know the meaning of how many things as words , how society works etc ? A heck ton. He is not stupid , sure but eh I wouldn't call him a monster for going for the most straightforward, basic (as in point à to b) ,blunt logic in a post apocalyptic world.

his little group reminds me of negans group, they are “saving” people but they are doing really bad things to the ones who aren’t needed

Sorry I rushed apparently but also that's a pretty simple way of seeing it for something pretty new. At least they seem to lack a few screws but eh apocalypse. We'll see in the next chapters

I really hope they do a good backstory on him. They have so much potential to execute it perfectly.

I don’t think killing people outside of camp is logical tho. And it makes sense for some people to have a simple view with such little knowledge of what/who the ML is.
