Forgot the title about BL manhwa

It's BL manhwa about the couple who goes 14 years or more so and then the ML cheat and then the MC died because of cancer and meet the handsome doctor (I think) before the MC died he know the ML infidelity but the ML took the MC for granted because he thought the MC will love him forever and never leave him.
