FL and ML got married - their marriage was legal and had marriage certificate.
But ML was tricked by FL's family and they made him believe that FL sold him for the reward and marry Noah.
FL thought ML died from fire and tried to kill herself but was stopped by Martha.
But Noah and FL couldn't get married because FL is still married to ML and FL hid their marriage certificate(apparently, you need to destroyed the marriage certificate in order to remarry)
ML came back, full of hatred towards FL but still wanted her.
However, he saw FL with a child and FL lied and said it was her child with Noah.
So ML decided to take revenge.
FL, Martha and the child lived in ML's country. They were living a simple life and FL started to work to provide for them but the child got sick but FL doesn't have the money for his treatment. So ML offered her a fake marriage or contract marriage but one of his conditions was for Martha and the child to live apart from FL. He do not want to see the child nor hear FL talk about him. FL agreed to his offer so that the child can get proper treatment.
ML and FL got married in his country. But FL was maltreated by ML's step-mother.
And ML pretended to be like someone else (Diana) in order to make FL suffer.
FL endured it all for her nephew and because she still love ML.
FL got pregnant with ML's child. But she heard rumors about ML and Diana. She asked ML about having a child but ML thought she was talking about her child(nephew) so he got angry and told her he do not want a child. FL decided to keep her pregnancy a secret.
FL endured but she was slowly getting depressed and then became ill - so Raoul decided to help her escape.
FL escaped from the ML's mansion. ML went to find them but couldn't find them. He found Martha and the child and found out the truth (the FL didn't betrayed him and that the child was actually her nephew). The child wasn't FL's - it was her nephew, her sister-in-law (whom her brother raped) asked FL to hide the child from her brother, so FL pretended the child was hers and Noah's to stop her brother from being suspicious and taking the child.
ML realized how foolish he was. He remember all those times where FL tried to talk to him but he chose to ignore her. He remember how much he made her suffer. He was full of regret but it is too late. He realized too late.
ML found FL but FL no longer wants to be with him. ML understands and accepted her decision - after all, he did many horrible things to her.
ML killed Noah near the end of the story.
FL hated the ML for what he did to her, so she decided to leave and start anew. She went on to live a simple life.
Then ML's servant went to find FL and told her ML was badly injured but didn't want to take his medicine or gettreatment.
So FL went to see ML, even though she hates him, that doesn't mean she wanted him to die. She found out ML had an addiction. ML no longer wants to live now that FL hates him. He regretted everything he did to her.
--- eventually FL forgave him and they reconciled

Thank you for this. What a waste of story when you have great female character. I guess I'll just reread the first few chapters and stop their. This kind of stories are grooming young girls to settle for abuse people and relationship
