Whaaatt!!!! I thought the assistant could be paired up with that other guy who is working as like a mole. If the rape is not shown in a glorifying way,the culprit gets consequences and gets punished, then I'll keep reading. i was also hoping the assistant would get with the mole but i guess the author had weirder ideas. the author is also going on hiatus until may after uploading the rape chapter (ch31), the mc punches the assistant but we dont have any clue what happens after that
Leave it to some bl authors to ruin a perfectly good story and artstyle for non con trope. But It's still somewhat better than those stories where ml rapes the mc and they live happily ever after but i don't wanna speak too soon on this. Let's hope for the best.
