Can you spoiler how ari gets rid of those things on her hand and how alfonso gets rid of his crazy current wife?
For now I still don't get those things on her hand it was stated in the novel that her hand which she was hiding under the gloves was caused by her regretful act and her sins something lile that.
Btw you don't really need to worry about Alfonso's current wife because their marriage wasn't even valid. Alfonso stated that in the novel because there was no proper preparation and stuff so that paper he signed wasn't valid.

In the novel Sister, I Am the Queen in This Life, Isabella's child in the second timeline is fathered by Ottavio De Contarini.
As I recalled based in the novel, after Isabella is banished to a convent following a scandal involving Cesare, she meets with Ottavio. She intentionally seduces him, which results in her becoming pregnant. Ottavio then steals her away from the convent to make her his bride, eventually becoming the Count of Contarini after his father's death.
