I can totally understand why the original MC didn't want his adopted sister to takeover the family. If the powers to nullify/purify demonic energy are only through the bloodline then how on earth is his sister supposed to past down the family talent (￣∇￣").
I can't help but think that's a bit of a plot hole filled by him probably getting rid of demons later on in the series but...why not tell her lmao (〜￣△￣)〜
