Nepotism at its finest. She has every right to be angry and never get back with him. They were cute together and even if it's not his decision, the fact that he was appointed a higher position than her when he didn't deserve it is enough to break any relationship. In her shoes I would actually question his sincerity, like, if he had principles he would quit.

You are using European or American logic in a Asian ground. For them this is not nepotism because Asia business is always kept going by family. Even more: he was appointed even a low positions even being a nephew!!
She has more experience but since she's not the granddaughter of the chairman that position isn't for them, the unfairness of it all , working under who you trained. Ha Pro didn't do anything wrong, it's better to cut off office relationships especially with your boss since the higher ups & people around her will surely touch her & endanger her job.
