Yeah I read halfway at that point and what he did in her 2nd life still triggers me like who shoots someone's husband in front of them (I mean if he HAD to kill him at least have some thought??) But I can see that they are better in this life And she still loves her brother. ╥﹏╥
Luciano did that because he values his sister’s survival more than anything. At their first life, he didn’t know how sick the things Oscar did to Ines was, that led him to say those things. In their second, he didn’t have a chance. If he even let Emiliano leave the harbor, the crown prince would get a grasp on the situation and might have to punish Ines too. He just did what he had to do imo..
The character I hate the most in this story is her brother. Crown prince is trash but her brother is so cruel to her in both her lives. He's the reason she's so traumatized. I haven't finished it yet but I hope he suffers too
