This is exactly what I did and how I felt at the ending too!! I don't think there's a single anime/manga that will top how I feel about Kamisama Kiss, probably since it's been a comfort to me since middle school all the way to college too. I genuinely cried at the scene when Akura-Oh realized he changed to love humans. The ending is so bittersweet and makes me feel so human! UGH!! I miss them like I was there; your comment seriously encapsulated every emotion I felt so well.
I've watched the anime more than once—more than I can remember. And now that I've finally decided to read the manga and finished it... I can't stop cryingT_T. I'm glad that I didn't read the manga back then.... There are so many events that didn't appear in the anime, and I understand... It's bittersweet for me cuz I really love this story... It became my comfort and something more than I can put into words. I'll never get tired coming back. T_T My number one romcom anime/manga in my heart...T_T I've watched this when I was younger than Nanami. Now I'm older than her(Referring to her highschool days).
