i don't really get how garam came to the conclusion that literally running away without any explanation but a simple letter was going to make their relationship better. I'm still flabbergasted about that.

It wasn't to make relationship better. it was to create space and cool off, think about where they did wrong and come again with a better headspace. He left a line of communication with the cell phone. it was kind of a cowardly move but not an difficult to understand move

But like, he went and fully moved out?? Just say you’re gonna sleep at a hotel for a while or at a friend’s or something the fuck????

I do get that they needed time to settle their thoughts but you don't move out of nowhere and leave a note saying: it's better to take some time. That's what buffles me. If you didn't want to end the relationship in the first place, you could just go to a hotel to take some time like the other comment said. The action of getting another space and taking all of his things seems a little extreme to me. It literally seemed like he wanted to break up so I was surprised that he actually wanted to be together after moving out.

Maybe getting a place of his own wouldn't have been so bad if he actually took the time to explain instead of expecting that a letter would be enough.
