At most, what they'll do is ~imply~ that they did it. They already implied that Mi-rye has been wanting to do more than kissing with Kyungbin for a while.
I wonder if the author will make a smut scene for kyungbin and mirye cuz they're practically adult now, but I can't imagine it since the artstyle is too wholesome and fluffy for it to have smut
