Theres so much left out, mostly MC’s thoughts. Bro thinks a LOT and theres so much tension between MC/ML like I felt like I was constantly interrupting them in the novel ofc the story boarder does a great job for having to slim it down but mostly it’s MC’s thoughts and the small interactions between MC/ML constantly that are missing
It’s actually around 41-44. Story here progresses fast
