I saw a couple previews of this shit when it was first coming out--and I thought it was fucking bullshit, and now that its finished, and im older, I thought I might have misjudged it and since im bored I should try it out. This was all I needed to see to know that I was right the first time, thank you for keeping me from wasting any more of my time
I realized I‘m too leftist socialist to be reading this shit. Especially when they purged the slums because the nobility was afraid of the poor people rebelling because due to their awful living conditions. Even if the rebels were presented as the villains, their cause was valid.
The FL has one dormant braincell and is a hypocrite. She wants to be with her mother and stands for her origins from the slums, yet she still stays in the system which created that hellhole in the first place and marries the ML who’s partially responsible.
Not to mention that the ML is extremely manipulative and kept the mother’s letter from her because he was scared she would be “happier with her mother”. And this is after he already promised her not to hide anything from her because this had happened before. Seriously, what a loser. Anyways, fuck oligarchy. Eat the rich.
