Hyunjae (blonde guy), is a huge freak who somehow realised things felt off after the time rewind/data overwrite. He felt like he was supposed to be 5 years older, and started dressing and acting accordingly.
Eventually after digging through his own memories for a while to figure out what was wrong, his 5 years older version from the future emerged, and couldn't remember anything that had happened in the new timeline.
So han yoojin (MC) used the mind space skills he inherited from diarhma (evil dragon guy), to enter Hyunjae's mind and sort out all of his memories, getting rid of the version of his 5 years older self.
But 5 years older Hyunjae was like "I don't wanna be gotten rid of", and offered to enter the mana stone Yoojin burrowed in his chest. This doesn't mean that the monster that will be born from the mana stone will be like 5 years older Hyunjae, it just means it will be made with his mana.
So the current story's Hyunjae is his overwritten self, and no longer remembers his 5 years older memories, or what happened in the mind space.

Yoojin gives birth to a humanoid monster made from Hyunjae's mana. Yeah the novel author was purposefully catering to bl fans, so they added mpreg.
