Honestly at the beginning I was such a hater towards the seme. But now I understand why he’s the way he is he grew up in an abusive environment with no one to teach him or love him. Even when he met the mc the mc it couldn’t change his way of thinking bc of his trauma. So he mentally does not know what love looks like, feels like, and what’s the norm. He only understand human nature aka lust! This is why both point of views are so important
