There are many other ways to get justice for yourself, where it doesnt involve repeating a cycle. The most agonising part is that these things do happen in real life, and 100 out of maybe 5% are able to get or seek help. Specially when it happens to men or boys they avoid seeking help because of pride and prejudice, I wanna say it is okay to reach out for help and the sooner the better.
