Legit! His kindness towards his friends never seemed fake. Never seemed forced. Maybe in the beginning it was, but as time went on with him teaching Nirei, reacting to Sakura’s story—everything…no one can really fake such a genuine thing. I just hope he’s okay

This might be a bit of a stretch, but what if suo is actually connected to something much bigger? I know the author doesn’t usually go as far as killing off characters like in tokrev where people were tied to intense conflicts that sometimes led to deaths—but still, it makes me wonder. Suo mentioning his “master” has always felt suspicious to me, especially with the hints toward Chinese culture. What if that’s not just a bluff? What if that part of his background is actually real? Like maybe the reason he left is tied to his master, that he was involved in something serious, and he chose to step away because he didn’t want to drag Furin into a much bigger problem.
I just can’t picture him suddenly betraying Furin like that. His kindness never came across as fake to me, it feels genuine in some sorts. But if he actually turns out to be a bad person, that would honestly be a huge shock.
