I don't think so. He knows the people of his gang irl apart from the two mecha lovers he recruited from the mecha game. The rest doesn't know, I think.
Afaik he's coined as the "Trash Player". Meaning, he loves to play a variety of games people won't ever play anymore because of either its extremity/high difficulty, in-game exploits, bugs and glitches, bad gameplays and world-building, and/or the game runs from a bad system/program. Just know that all the players Sanraku have interacted with outside of Shangri-la Frontier have something in common: it's PVP games.
So to answer your question, the type of games Sanraku previously played and still plays that his gang doesn't play (I hope this is the question tho) are games that doesn't have the PVP system on it. Example of this is the first game seen on chapter 1. In short, he plays all kinds of games as long as it's considered a trash game.
