I always wondered this too! Though, I believe it has nothing to do with the science of the blanket, but everything to do with maybe the artist just didn't want to draw the anatomy of the bodies in the scene. (￣∇￣")

It could be a censorship thing, but also there’s a lot of embarrassment about being seen naked, so more of that. In reality, yeah, the full blanket or futon would be awfully hot and restricting.
Ik its weird but can someone explain why the smut snuusnuu scene they do it in futon/blanket? I seen most story was didn't like that but there are number of it that shown the deed in blanket, is there any specific or science reason? I thought doing snuusnuu was gonna make you sweat a lot n doing it in blanket gonna make body uncomfortablely hotter, but is that wasn't the case?
