The old bad of shit is desperate that's why he suddenly commit murder. He's threatened by jaekyung's enemy because he owes them money. He's desperate to survive and have his dept cleared it just so happened that everything aligned and they are all connected to each other. The one he owe money to is jaekyung's enemy and that another bag of shit is willing to do anything just to win against jaekyung to the point of killing someone related to jaekyung but not doing it himself so they threatened the old shit to kill someone related to him and then there's kim dan who he thought would be the easiest target and he holds some grudge against him already. Honestly i dunno I'm stupid so I'm just saying what I think it is. Basically my point is that he didn't "randomly" decided to murder kim dan, there's a reason and it is desperation to survive
I get that, but I feel like bringing him in the picture was a weird route for the author to go down… I think Kim Dan’s trauma didn’t have to be brought up again like this- it’s a little silly and she just needed a villain yet I feel like the one guy was enough
