- the neighbor’s name is Oscar vik (I think)
- a few years ago vik read Wayne’s novel and saw the author’s picture at the end of the book. He immediately fell in love with his face and became obsessed (had a big ass photo of wayne on his wall and jerked off to Wayne’s face)

- after they had sex, the dialogue is just vik thinking about his feelings for wayne + being super possessive
