Point blank. I cannot get into the IrumaxAmeri wagon. Visually, I just cannot deal with a fully grown looking girl being with a prepubescent looking boy. I know they're technically similar in age, but a manga is literally a visual art, appearances matter. When I see Iruma's adventures, it feels like coming of age type of story. But when its Ameri, it feels more mature and that she's above the meager struggles of Iruma. The arc when Ameri was already interning as security in the museum while Iruma was off playing pretend thief with an actual thief is just the perfect example. And lowkey, Ameri has been saving Iruma's ass in some occassions because she's so influential and powerful. I know Iruma can pull his own weight but a lot of those times he gets lucky or gets help. Like ik he's getting better, more grown and powerful but it feels wrong that Irum has to catch up to Ameri before they start dating (if they're end game). I'd rather Iruma just stays single and continues his growth and influence on the demon world tbh
