Precisely this! I truly do not understand why the author is hellbent on really making these two the third couple. I cannot in any way see Owen falling in love with this sociopathic little shit of a nephew. Whether he's blood related or not doesn't really matter anymore although I'm pretty sure they are.
So it wasn't his brother, who was his half brother if I got the family tree right, weird that I remember it being him, but it was his father instead? Or stepfather as someone said which is more confusing since I'm pretty sure he was in fact blood related to Durant's father as a half sibling. But that doesn't take away the fact that he was sexually assaulted repeatedly by that man and Durant is pulling the same shit yet the author is still portraying them as some cute couple...Say what you will about Albin and Cinaed or Yixing and Shahid, but their relationships aren't anywhere near the fucked up twisted kind being portrayed with Owen and Durant's sick bitch ass self.
