I'm conflicted as well. I've been following this manga for so long, and they have been setting up Hatano x MC for a long time but precisely because of how long it's been, I'm losing interest... I still love them, but the mind reader guy is also very cute and refreshing (also makes the chances of MC being the bottom higher).

I feel like with Hatano, they're leaning more towards HATANO being the bottom and I'm..... not too fond of it ngl

I thought so too but then I saw how author draws Hatano and MC together in a panel and I made a connection with how the story has shown their tops and bottom characters so far..

The bottom always look shorter and more feminine, while the top looks taller and masculine. Which is why I NEED the Mind Reader x MC or Hatano to grow up because I don't want bottom MC for the love of god please

In jp side everyone always make mc a bottom ngl. If you see pixiv, i never see a fanart/fanfic when mc is top (always hatano x mc, mind reader x mc, etc). And konkici sensei is author who always hear fans request (i see some fanfic on jp side turn to be actually story/official art by them, lmao). So you don't need to be worry to much(▰˘◡˘▰)
