They both are extremely terrible people I think?? I remember on an old website a comment section detailed that apparently the brown hair guys past is pretty bad and like it has bias narration in the story for him (on purpose) so I think maybe give it a chance, I think there will be a consequence arc and also revelations that make it more of a gray area story!
well you have to remember that this is the beginning of their relationship as minors/barely legal adults. he hasn’t completely shown his true colors yet and the events we saw previously haven't happened yet. not to mention the author is clearly displaying his manipulative and sadistic nature subtly in his early years, his behavior is not completely innocent and healthy as you’re insinuating.
This whole series is totally a biased narrative! And that fucks with my brain so bad

I don't like it when the author tries to humanize the villain even after they've done terrible things to those they love! They have to face the consequences and cry for real!
