After reading this chapter, I've come to think of a few issues in my face, 1st Conor isn't going anywhere, 2nd Simon finally has his better half. I see the sadness in his eyes but I also see the determination in him to not let go of Conor. They have been through a lot and still have what seems to me some more bumps to go before its all over. But your forgetting that Conor just told Simon for the first time that he loved him in all the years they shared he never once said them. Conor can never escape Simon now. I believe that they will do d try happiness, I mean come on his parents, their other lovers, outsiders, media, hell even the police, they got this.. At least that's my wish is for them.
