Is it crazy that I thinking the whole "Can't feed from someone the vampire loves" could be resolved by simply medically drawing out the blood? Like a blood bag or just cutting instead of biting?
Like my thought process is that they can't brink from the person themselves (original blood source) but they should be able to drink blood if its in a separate container like a blood bag.
