As much as i remember, the class prefect or first student was actually a rich man's son who makes up with his father in this timeline. The MC saves another boy who was beaten up and left in the alley, then this guy learns judo or something from the MC's uncle. The premise is modern korea though.
So one is that the MC uke was bullied in his previous school and he transfers to the ML"s school. ML is obsessive and also quite manipulative. He had placed a bet that he would sleep with the MC and the MC got to know about it. Also the ML's friend teaches the MC self defence.
Another one is a hetero webtoon. The girl time travels to the past and is in school going age. She makes friends with the class prefect or something who had died in the previous timeline. Also breaks up with her bully bestie and protects her family from going broke because they had invested in the bully besties father's company or something.
