Since everyone's lists were deleted, and with some of us only getting a part of the lists back, I know I have lost most of the manga/manhwa ive read or been reading. I dont remember what its called so I hope someone can help me. Basically its an isekai, romance, shojo, but instead of the FL being isekaid its the ML who is isekaid, and he sees it like a video game. He goes into the body of the FL husband who used to be very kind, but also incompetent. In the MLs previous world, he gained a bunch of stats that is helping him in this new world, and he can see a screen on how much his wife lives him, which he doesnt care about at first since he didnt see her as "his" wife. But then when he wants to level up, he cant because he needs to raise his relationship level with his wife first, and obviously, he starts liking her. This is all I remember. I hope someone can help me find this
