And actually , im trying to find this manhwa bcs im trying to find this one author . I thought this manhwa could be the one made by this author . Cus i remember most of the author's works having historical setting and korean name that ends with "jeon" or "seon" , like "daelmujeon" (just example ) and i remember one of the BL hv GL in it . I want to read them all .

I remember the ML is a dragon . I think like Sea dragon , the vibe is kinda fluffy and the art is cute type .
Tbh , i dont rlly remember the plot at all TwT , it hv smth to do with ML trying to find his inverted scale , yk like most dragon BL where the scale is the dragon's weakness , so they hv to find it . But its hard to find bcs the scale came in different shapes or form , it may be an object or a lover bla bla .
OHH , I also remember is MC is a vet doctor and hv a pet clinic . Maybe thats why he met ML on the street ? I think , maybe he pick up the ML as a dragon on the street and thought it was a sick animal/pet and try to treat it (?) i remember the dragon is blue , cute and small .
