As a fellow reader said earlier in the comments that’s probably the perfect time to go on a hiatus which fell completely unsettling to say.
Didn’t read after chapter 28, the knowledge might be lacking but any spoilers are welcome :) High chance of dropping, but this is also an occasion to hear from your guys opinion about this whole situation! Having the secretary doing what he did just seem so force. That’s infuriating! Again someone will probably say to not read or not the public for this type of BL.
But overall feel like that’s not even the case with this one.
It was probably one of the few one where you get to see someone “normal” acting normally when having a crush of someone for so long (taking in consideration that they work together and see each others everyday). It was bittersweet but not bad? The character of the secretary was in a way so relatable and get you attached so fast…They were just so many others ways to explore this character that going for the R trope again is purely frustrating! (And even if they were cliche, the author writing/storytelling style would have made it as fun/wholesome as the first couple). Was hoping so bad for him to get someone to notice him or him starting to get beyond his crush since it’s unrequited and probably if we did get side stories know more about him (or anything else, again they were just so many possibilities)…but seem like that’s not the case and that’s simply disappointing to say the least
