So here's the summary it's about the uke who has i think a CANCER or ILLNESS and then the SEME beat the uke with a what do you call this ASHTRAY CIGARETTE and then he throw the ashtray to the UKE, i think he want to tell the SEME that he has a CANCER with medical certifacation then after that UKE died then the SEME regret everything anf i think he suicide (JUMP THE BUILDING) and then his going to the past where he came back to tge high school moment, sorry for the wrong grammar.
