anyone know this yaoi manga?

I dont know the setting but its probably in early 1920's or something... the uke is a prince (2nd son or 3rd son) and the seme is a heir to the duke (or an earl?) title, they were close friend in high school (the school has a dorm), the uke was in newspaper saying that he finally has a date. and that make the seme jealous but it turns out the woman in the newspaper was the uke's older brother bride. but uke decided to ended their relationship because the seme is an heir to the title while the uke is only 2nd or 3rd child so nothing would expect from him but the seme not having it.... i think they had sex in the garden or something...
