If you're talking about whether the main couple is clear, I would say it becomes clearer and clearer very quickly, the other guy is a plot device though to be more specific the 'love triangle' is a plot device, the main couple becomes very clear, there isn't a will they won't they annoying stuff where the MC is trying to choose.

To be more specific without major spoilers and so it doesn't seem like I'm misleading you, the 'love triangle' is at first the MC thinking that the german guy likes the Chinese guy because of mind games and the Chinese guy might like him because they slept with each other once and the Chinese guy is his usual type.
It becomes more obvious (due to sex scenes and red flags that turns the MC off from sleeping with one of the guys) that the MC won't get with one of them despite some remaining feelings so you will definitely know who will win.
