I think the reason behind that it is not poly it's more like a harem type of thing because the author is focusing more on the main character rather than the ML's, another factor is the limited control of the author in writing the story itself.
Why do the tops in this type of story barely have any intimacy. I don’t like being all whiny buy this barely feels like actual poly romance. I love them but please let Jin and Ido actually have a relationship and a proper sex scene
